Our field workforce currently averages over 1000 craft direct hire employees per day. We can handle your small turnarounds and major turnarounds that peak at over 500 craft per day. Nooter Construction has an extensive background in welding including all the necessary code stamps for your work. Safety is designed into our turnarounds, for example we have senior rigging engineers on staff to develop accurate rigging plans. Our OHSA recordable rate is less than 1.0. Nooter Construction Company’s systems have the capability of generating daily cost reports so you know the cost of your turnaround every day. We do this utilizing a computerized cost accounting and payroll system, which includes bar code badging of employees onto and off the site.
We work with the owner to contract turnarounds in the most efficient ways possible. Many of our turnarounds are contracted time and material, cost plus fixed fee, and performance based incentive partnerships.
